The founder of Crown City Chiropractic & Wellness, Dr. Pat’s focus is simple. Restore how the spine and nervous system function so the body can actually do what it’s designed to do.
Dr. Pat didn’t get into this profession from a textbook. He grew up in a family where being active was just normal. Sports, training, pushing your body. You learn pretty quickly that when your body isn’t working right, and everything else starts to fall off.
What stood out to him early on was how most people handle that. Pain shows up, and the goal becomes getting rid of the symptom as fast as possible. That never made much sense to him. If the structure is off and the nervous system is under constant stress, the problem doesn’t go away. It just shows up differently over time.
That’s what pulled him into chiropractic. Not as a short-term fix, but as a way to actually address what’s driving the problem in the first place. The goal isn’t just to get someone out of pain. It’s to
restore function, remove interference, and allow the body to heal and operate the way it was designed, so they can be as healthy as possible
Over the past decade, he’s worked with a wide range of people, from individuals dealing with chronic stress and postural strain to active adults trying to stay performing at a high level. Previously owned and operated a practice in St. Thomas, U.S. Virgin Islands, where he saw firsthand how consistent, structurally focused care changes how people function day to day and empowers them to live their life on their terms.
What he finds most rewarding is what happens beyond the initial reason someone comes in. It’s common to see improvements in areas patients weren’t even expecting once interference and stress are reduced. When the body is no longer compensating, and the nervous system can function without constant disruption, changes start to happen across the board. Seeing that shift in how someone feels, moves, and lives is what makes the work meaningful.
In early 2025, Dr. Pat and his fiancé made the move to Charlotte to build Crown City Chiropractic & Wellness. They wanted to be in a growing city with people who are motivated to take ownership of their health. Charlotte has been exactly that.
Outside the office, Dr. Pat enjoys training in the gym, playing sports, or spending time outdoors. That’s always been a big part of his life, and it carries over into how he approaches care. This isn’t about just feeling a little better. It’s about building a body that can handle stress, perform, and hold up long-term.
That’s the standard he holds for himself and the approach that influences how he delivers care.

Hi, my name is Diamond Werner, and I am the Patient Care Coordinator at Crown City Chiropractic. I’m passionate about creating a positive and welcoming experience for every
patient who walks through our doors. As the first point of contact, I hope to ensure each visit is smooth, comfortable, and personalized from start to finish.
I am originally from Memphis, TN, Go Grizzlies, and I recently moved to Charlotte in 2025. I most recently served as Director of Leagues with Building Blocks Soccer, where I managed large-scale preschool soccer programs. I strived to create a memorable experience for all families in the greater Memphis area while building and maintaining those relationships. Having a job I
was passionate about allowed me to learn, grow, and build upon so many skills, both business and relational. I am honored to apply all I’ve learned to creating the same positive experience with Crown City Chiropractic.
Outside of work, I enjoy playing tennis, eating a sweet treat, traveling with my husband, or running around with our golden retriever, Cash. Having recently relocated to the Charlotte area, I’m excited to build connections and be part of a growing practice that is committed to making a positive impact. I look forward to getting to know our patients and helping create a friendly, An
uplifting environment for everyone who visits our office.
